BCCI Announces Major Venue Changes for Team India’s Upcoming Series Against West Indies, South Africa, and Australia A

India’s Test matches against the West Indies and South Africa, along with women’s ODIs against Australia, will have new venues, the BCCI announced. Australia A will also tour India, playing matches in Lucknow and Kanpur.

Mumbai | June 9, 2025: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced significant changes to the venues of several upcoming matches involving both the men’s and women’s Indian cricket teams. This includes two Test matches in the men’s series against West Indies and South Africa, as well as three women’s ODI matches.Australia’s men’s tour of India is also planned.

Men’s Test Match Venue Changes

The second India-West Indies Test, originally scheduled for Kolkata, moves to Delhi’s Arun Jaitley Stadium, starting October 10, 2025.

The first Test against South Africa, planned for Delhi, will now be at Kolkata’s Eden Gardens, beginning November 14, 2025.

Women’s ODI Series Venue Change

The three-match India-Australia ODI series, previously set for Chennai, has moved due to Chepauk Stadium renovations.

Two matches will be at PCA Stadium, New Chandigarh.

The final ODI is at Delhi’s Arun Jaitley Stadium.

Updated Men’s Team Schedule Highlights

Australia A Tour

The Australia A men’s team will tour India with multi-day matches in Lucknow from September 16 and 23, followed by a three-match ODI series against India A in Kanpur.
