Pune, April 10, 2025 –PMRDA demolishes illegal housing projects in Khed, Pune. Buyers warned to verify documents before investing. Drone surveillance and helpline launched.

In a decisive move against unauthorized real estate development, the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) carried out a large-scale demolition drive in Charholi Khurd, Khed taluka, on Tuesday. The operation targeted six illegal plotting schemes operating without required government approvals, putting unsuspecting homebuyers at risk.
