A Revenue Lok Adalat on June 9 in Baramati and Indapur aims to amicably settle long-pending land and revenue disputes. Citizens are encouraged to participate and resolve cases through mutual understanding.

Pune | June 06, 2025: In an effort to ease the backlog of revenue-related disputes, a Revenue Lok Adalat will be organized on Monday, June 9, at the Baramati Sub-Divisional Office and the Indapur Tehsildar Office.
Sub-Divisional Officer Vaibhav Navadkar announced that this Lok Adalat will offer a practical solution to resolve cases pending for years by encouraging settlement through mutual agreement. Issues involving land, property, and other revenue matters often drag on for extended periods, putting citizens through mental and procedural hardship.
The Lok Adalat will run from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, during which disputing parties will be given a chance to come to a mutual understanding and conclude their matters amicably.
“If both sides are willing, the conflict can be resolved immediately through compromise,” said Navadkar. He emphasized that this mechanism not only reduces the legal burden but also ensures quicker justice.
He has called upon all citizens with cases that are suitable for settlement to bring them forward during this session, taking advantage of the opportunity to resolve them without delay or litigation.
