Actor Ejaz Khan Faces Rape Allegations; FIR Filed by Actress Over False Promises of Marriage and Role in Web Series
Actor Ejaz Khan is charged with rape for reportedly tempting a young actress with misleading proposals of marriage and movie deals. Police are on the case, but Khan is nowhere to be found amidst swirling controversy.
Pune, May 06, 2025: Controversial actor Ejaz Khan finds himself in fresh legal trouble, as the Charkop Police have registered a case of rape and assault against him following a serious complaint by a 26-year-old aspiring actress. The woman has accused Khan of sexually exploiting her under the pretense of offering her a role in his OTT show and repeatedly promising marriage.
According to police sources, the incident allegedly took place on March 25, 2025, at Khan’s residence, where he is said to have sexually assaulted the woman. She also claims that he physically assaulted her days later when she confronted him about his promises.
The actress has stated that Khan had assured her a role in his OTT web series ‘House Arrest’ and other future projects. Gaining her trust with the lure of professional opportunities and emotional commitments, he allegedly took advantage of her multiple times.
The woman approached Charkop Police and registered an official complaint outlining both physical and mental abuse, saying Khan had no intention of fulfilling his promises and misled her deliberately. The police have registered an FIR under sections of rape, cheating, and assault and are currently investigating the matter.
Adding to the controversy, Khan was recently under fire for explicit scenes in the same web series, House Arrest, prompting the Amboli Police to summon him for questioning related to the objectionable content. Officials have reportedly asked Khan to appear before them on Tuesday or Wednesday this week.
Sources have indicated that Ejaz Khan is currently untraceable, and his phone has been switched off since the complaint was filed. The police are making efforts to locate him and may take further steps if he fails to respond to the summons.
