Pune | June 9, 2025: The new online platform, a joint initiative between Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Research and Training Institute (BARTI) and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), brings with it an integrated, technology-based solution for certificate issuance. .
The intelligent system uses state-of-the-art technology to make the whole process convenient. A digital interface driven by AI navigates candidates through every step, making it easy to use even for individuals with poor digital literacy. The system is integrated with Aadhaar to verify essential information such as name, family, and address automatically, saving candidates from repeated manual submissions. In addition, integration with DigiLocker enables the system to directly fetch required documents, improving speed and reliability. No longer do functions that once consumed months take only hours, a substantial improvement in efficiency.
This transformation is set to help communities in large numbers by streamlining access to certificates that open doors in education, employment, and governance. The electronic system not only cuts on delays but also promises transparency, reducing errors and bureaucratic obstacles. Through the digitization of the process, the government hopes to empower citizens, especially from marginalized communities, to access their rights without the agony of maneuvering old systems.
The state has also announced an aggressive deadline, with all the concerned departments being asked to complete an action plan within the next 100 days.
