
Force Motors Joins Hands with Zoho for Nationwide Digital Transformation of Dealer Network
Pune, June 24, 2025: In a major push towards digital transformation, Force Motors Limited, India’s largest van manufacturer, has partnered with Zoho Corporation to modernize its customer and dealer management operations. The strategic alliance forms a cornerstone of Project DigiForce, Force Motors’ ambitious initiative to enhance productivity, innovation, and customer satisfaction across its nationwide and international network.
Under the partnership, Force Motors will implement Zoho’s Advanced CRM and Dealer Management System (DMS), along with 12 AI-powered front-office applications. This integrated, cloud-based solution will replace the company’s legacy systems and introduce a unified digital platform to modernize sales, marketing, service, and customer engagement processes across over 200 dealerships, 70 authorized service centers, and 30 parts centers in India, with reach in over 25 countries.
The deployment of Zoho’s solution is expected to significantly improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Dealers and distributor partners will benefit from more streamlined sales and service operations, enhanced collaboration, and data-driven decision-making capabilities—paving the way for higher customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
