PMC launches multi-platform grievance channels for Punekars to report civic issues like potholes and waterlogging. Helplines, WhatsApp, and apps now ensure quicker responses and improved urban services.

Pune | July 09, 2025: In its commitment to ensuring efficient urban development and convenience for citizens, the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has strengthened its public grievance redressal system. With lakhs of citizens depending on municipal services, PMC is now actively engaging residents in reporting civic issues across the city.
As preparations intensify ahead of the Wari and monsoon season, the PMC is urging Punekars to report potholes, broken chambers, footpath damages, and waterlogging. To ensure timely action, PMC has provided a series of helplines, mobile numbers, WhatsApp contacts, and even a dedicated mobile app—Pune Connect.
