Shirdi’s Guru Purnima celebration features a unique exhibition of 2,000 rare Sai Baba photos, curated by Jignesh Rajput after 15 years of research, attracting thousands of emotional and devoted visitors.
Shirdi | July 10, 2025: A grand three-day celebration is underway in Shirdi on the occasion of Guru Purnima, and this year, Sai devotees are witnessing a special tribute — a rare and emotional photo exhibition dedicated to Shri Sai Baba. Organized inside the Shri Sai Mandir premises, the exhibition features over 2,000 photographs that chronicle Sai Baba’s journey, his devotees, and the evolution of the Shirdi Sansthan over the years.
The exhibition is the heartfelt creation of Sai devotee Jignesh Rajput from Surat, who, along with his team, spent 15 years collecting and curating images from books, archives, and social media. The effort revives precious memories of Sai Baba, showcasing both lesser-known and iconic moments from his life.
The display includes rare photographs of contemporary devotees of Sai Baba and also captures Shirdi’s transformation over the decades — from Old Shirdi to New Shirdi. The exhibition is open throughout the Guru Purnima festival, and thousands of devotees are attending it with great devotion and emotion.
Executive Officer Goraksh Gadilkar praised the exhibition, calling it a unique effort that deepens spiritual connection among devotees. The initiative has turned into a major highlight of this year’s celebrations.
