Pune | 07 June,2025: The new digital platform, developed collaboratively by the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Research and Training Institute (BARTI) and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), introduces a smart, transparent, and efficient process. Featuring an AI-powered interface, the system guides applicants seamlessly through each step. It integrates with DigiLocker to pull documents directly, ensuring speed and reliability, while auto-verification of Aadhaar-linked details like name, family information, and address further simplifies the process. What once took months can now be completed in hours, significantly reducing delays.
These groups rely on caste certificates to access government jobs, educational reservations, reserved election seats, and various welfare schemes. The shift to a digital system addresses longstanding complaints about the cumbersome and complex process, promising greater accessibility and efficiency.
The Chief Minister has directed all relevant departments to submit an action plan within the next 100 days to ensure swift implementation. This initiative marks a significant step toward modernizing administrative processes, empowering citizens with faster, hassle-free access to essential documentation.
