The incident occurred after school on Monday, July 7, 2025, when Yewale offered to drop the girl home on his bike. Taking advantage of her empty house, he allegedly behaved indecently and threatened to kill her if she disclosed the incident. The traumatized girl confided in neighbors, who informed her parents, leading to a complaint at Dabhol Sagari Police Station.
The police promptly arrested Yewale, and he was produced before the District Sessions Court on Tuesday, July 8, 2025. The court ordered 14 days of judicial custody, sending him to jail.
