According to sources, the decision was made after a detailed internal review by the Zilla Parishad education committee, which found irregularities in the computerized transfer system. The affected teachers have now been reassigned to schools located in less accessible regions across Satara district.

Many teachers have expressed deep dissatisfaction with the decision, claiming they were not given adequate opportunity to defend themselves. They allege that the transfers were conducted without proper inquiry and have demanded an immediate review of the process.
