Pimpri Chinchwad Police Announce Recruitment for 322 Constable Posts; Online Applications Open Till November 30
The Pimpri Chinchwad Police Commissionerate has announced the recruitment of 322 police constables, inviting eligible candidates to apply online before November 30, 2025.
Pune, November 01, 2025: This major recruitment drive is part of the Maharashtra government’s ongoing effort to strengthen law enforcement capacity and improve public safety in the growing urban and industrial regions surrounding Pune.
According to officials, the recruitment process will be conducted entirely online, ensuring transparency and accessibility for applicants across the state. The application portal is now live, and candidates can fill out their details, upload required documents, and pay the examination fee digitally.
The eligibility criteria include that applicants must have passed the 12th standard (HSC) examination from a recognized board and meet physical fitness standards prescribed by the Maharashtra Police Department. The selection process will include a physical efficiency test (PET), written examination, and document verification, followed by a final merit list.
Authorities have also reminded candidates to verify all details carefully while applying, as any discrepancies or false information may lead to disqualification. The recruitment drive is expected to attract a large number of aspirants, given the increasing demand for stable government jobs in the police department.
This move comes amid the city’s rapid expansion and the need for enhanced policing resources to manage urban crime, traffic regulation, and community safety initiatives.
