CREDAI Pune Inaugurates 24th Pune Property Expo 2026, Showcasing 400+ RERA-Registered Projects

CREDAI Pune has inaugurated the 24th Pune Property Expo 2026, bringing together over 80 trusted developers and 400+ RERA-registered projects across Pune, PCMC and PMRDA.

16-01-2026 | Pune, Maharashtra – CREDAI Pune has inaugurated the landmark 24th edition of the Pune Property Expo 2026 at the Agriculture College Ground, reinforcing its position as Pune’s largest and most trusted real estate showcase. The three-day exhibition brings together more than 80 reputed CREDAI-member developers and presents over 400 RERA-registered projects, offering homebuyers and investors a comprehensive view of Pune’s evolving real estate landscape.

The Pune Property Expo 2026 was inaugurated by Chief Guest Dr. Ganesh Natarajan, Chairman of 5F World, GTT Data and Honeywell Automation India, and former CEO of Zensar Technologies. His presence highlighted the growing intersection of technology, transparency and innovation within the real estate sector. The expo spans projects across Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad and the wider PMRDA region, covering a diverse portfolio ranging from affordable housing and luxury apartments to senior living, co-living spaces, NA plots, premium villas and Grade A commercial properties.

The inaugural ceremony was attended by CREDAI Pune President Manish Jain, Vice Presidents Arvind Jain, JP Shroff and Nitin Nyati, along with Ravindra D. Hitnalli and Convenor Punit Oswal. The event marks a significant milestone in Pune’s real estate calendar by bringing developers, channel partners, financial institutions and prospective buyers together on a single, credible platform.

Ahead of the public opening, CREDAI Pune hosted D2C 3.0, India’s largest developer–channel partner networking initiative. The conclave witnessed participation from over 1,000 channel partners and featured knowledge-sharing sessions by leading influencers, discussions on AI-driven sales strategies and insights into current market trends by senior developers. The strong turnout reflected sustained confidence and positive sentiment within Pune’s real estate ecosystem.

Speaking on the occasion, CREDAI Pune President Manish Jain said that the Pune Property Expo has grown into a benchmark exhibition for the industry. He noted that the scale, infrastructure and diversity of projects on display offer visitors a true one-stop destination to evaluate multiple real estate options under one roof. He also emphasized that all participating developers are CREDAI and MahaRERA registered, ensuring credibility, transparency and ethical business practices for buyers.

Vice President Arvind Jain highlighted that the expo continues to evolve each year, offering a carefully curated mix of residential and commercial projects. The exhibition will continue until 18 January 2026 and is open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
