Explosive Allegations Surface As Former Employee Files Complaint Against Senior Management Official In Pune

Pune | 24 February, 2026: A high-profile employment dispute has surfaced in Pune after a former senior executive from the travel link industry filed two formal complaints before authorities, alleging unlawful termination, non-payment of dues, reputational harm, and harassment-related misconduct by a top management person involving the complainant’s wife.


The complainant was terminated from service in September 2025, with the company reportedly citing two primary reasons: (1) that he was giving a significant portion of time to other business activities, and (2) that his graduation certificate was allegedly fake. However, in his complaints filed before authorities, the former executive has alleged that the termination was unlawful and carried out without payment of necessary dues.

He has denied all allegations of conflict of interest and false credentials, stating in his complaint:
“I categorically state that this allegation is false, baseless, and misleading, my graduation certificate is certified.”


He further stated:
“The only so-called ‘evidence’ provided against me was a public Instagram reel, which was created purely for entertainment purposes.”


In a serious escalation of allegations, the complainant has raised claims of harassment, including suggestive and inappropriate expectations by a senior management personnel with his spouse. In his complaint, he stated:
“A senior management personnel from the office was contacting my spouse via WhatsApp. Initially, we were aware of these communications and perceived them as friendly and innocuous. However, my spouse later informed me that the individual in question began boundary-crossing behaviour, progressively sending suggestive messages, thereby misusing his position of authority and the power imbalance inherent in being her husband’s employer.


He requested to meet my wife on more than twenty occasions, despite her consistently avoiding such meetings by offering excuses and delaying responses. I advised my wife to remain polite and cordial solely out of respect for my employer’s seniority, which was subsequently exploited by him to escalate the nature of his communications.
Eventually, acting upon my concern, my wife agreed to confront the issue directly and clearly deny any advances. She agreed to meet him at a public coffee shop.

He said ‘Coffee shop is too risky’ and crossed all limits and proceeded to ask whether he could visit our residence instead of the coffee shop, while being fully aware that I was out of Mumbai for work-related travel at the time. My wife categorically refused.”


The complainant further alleged:
“Following these events, I experienced systematic exclusion and sidelining at my workplace. Within a short span thereafter, my employment was terminated. I sincerely believe that my termination was retaliatory in nature and directly linked to my wife’s refusal of the senior management personnel’s advances and my assertion of personal and professional boundaries. These actions, taken together, constitute harassment, abuse of authority, retaliation, and a grave violation of personal, marital, and professional boundaries, resulting in irreparable harm to my career and dignity.”


NewsDotz has reviewed copies of the complaints submitted before authorities.
When contacted for response, the company issued a detailed statement to NewsDotz, stating:
“The termination was done as per employment contract following applicable process in the given circumstances. Full and final settlement contractually due and legally payable has been done and there is a substantial amount which is payable by this former employee due to statutory requirements.”
• Validity of certificates and conflict of interest was properly ascertained.
• There is no information shared with anyone or any company. For future, background information which is necessary to be shared will be disclosed if asked by any background agency and it is not defamatory. Also, just for full disclosure, this particular former employee is a part of an internal investigation for potential financial fraud while he was with us. Contingent on the outcome, we will be moving ahead with proceeding starting with the local law enforcement immediately.”
• No Harassment has taken place and no action was done as retaliation. No official complaint is filed in respect of the alleged harassment hence there is no basis for POSH enquiry and also the concern female highlighted by you is not an employee of the organization.”
While the company has indicated that it is investigating potential financial irregularities, the complainant and his spouse are pursuing further legal action before the appropriate authorities. Further developments, if any, will be reported.
