A 36-hectare Plus former Sahara land parcel in Dhanori is emerging as a major real estate investment hotspot in East Pune, backed by clear legal ownership.

Pune, November 7: A 36-hectare Plus land parcel in Dhanori, formerly owned by Sahara Prime City Ltd., is steadily gaining prominence as a major real estate investment destination in East Pune. The land has attracted interest from both developers and prospective homebuyers, particularly because it is among the few large-scale properties in the area with a clear and fully compliant legal title.

Unlike several other assets linked to the Sahara group that are currently under enforcement and regulatory scrutiny, this particular parcel remains unaffected. According to sources, the ownership transfer was carried out only after complete mortgage clearance and under the supervision of the Supreme Court, ensuring procedural transparency and legal clarity.

Real estate analysts describe the location as one of the emerging hubs for plotted development in East Pune, citing improved connectivity, growing residential demand, and the scarcity of large continuous land holdings in the region. The area has seen rising interest over the last two years due to its proximity to airport-linked infrastructure and ongoing civic improvements.

Experts suggest that the project’s progress will likely influence upcoming development patterns in the broader Dhanori-Viman Nagar-Wagholi belt. They also note that consistent regulatory clarity and planned infrastructure execution will play a key role in shaping long-term investor confidence in the region.
