IRCTC has launched a 10-day Bharat Gaurav Divine East Temple Tour covering major pilgrimage destinations including Varanasi, Puri, Gangasagar and Deoghar, with bookings now open for 2026

New Delhi | February 14, 2026: The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has announced a 10-day Bharat Gaurav Divine East Temple Tour for 2026, offering devotees an organised pilgrimage across some of eastern India’s most revered spiritual destinations.

The journey will commence from Delhi Safdarjung Railway Station and will include visits to prominent religious and heritage sites. Pilgrims will attend the Ganga Aarti and seek blessings at Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Varanasi before proceeding to Kolkata to visit Dakshineshwar Kali Temple and Kalighat.

One of the highlights of the tour is the Gangasagar pilgrimage, where travellers can take a holy dip at Sagar Sangam and visit Kapil Muni Temple. The itinerary further includes darshan at Jagannath Temple in Puri, along with sightseeing at Konark Sun Temple and Dhauli Shanti Stupa in Odisha.

The final spiritual destination is Baidyanath Dham in Jharkhand, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas dedicated to Lord Shiva. After completing the circuit, the train will return to Delhi.

The Bharat Gaurav Deluxe Tourist Train offers accommodation in AC 1AC, 2AC and 3AC coaches. The all-inclusive package covers hotel stays, vegetarian meals, sightseeing in AC vehicles, travel insurance and professional tour management services.

Bookings are available through the official IRCTC Tourism portal, with seats subject to availability. The initiative aims to promote religious tourism while providing passengers with a safe and comfortable travel experience.
