The contest will be conducted across multiple wards under the PCMC jurisdiction, covering dozens of localities and communities. Participants are encouraged to use everyday waste items such as plastic bottles, scrap metal, wood, tyres, and other discarded materials to create visually appealing and meaningful art pieces.
