Pune, October 20, 2025 — Pune is experiencing continued warmth as October progresses, with temperatures reaching up to 32°C during the day. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasts a shift towards partly cloudy skies later in the day, with a slight chance of very light rain in the evening. The minimum temperature is expected to be around 19.4°C. This pattern is anticipated to persist over the next few days, with temperatures remaining in the low 30s°C and a gradual increase in cloud cover towards the evening hours.

In Western Maharashtra, including areas like Satara, Kolhapur, and Sangli, the weather remains predominantly dry and clear. These regions are not expected to receive significant rainfall in the coming days, with the IMD indicating mainly clear skies becoming partly cloudy towards the afternoon or evening. The temperatures in these areas are expected to be slightly higher, with daytime highs around 33°C and nighttime lows near 20°C.

The ongoing warm conditions are characteristic of the post-monsoon season in Maharashtra, where the region experiences a transition from the monsoon rains to the cooler winter months. While Pune and surrounding areas may see occasional light rain, the overall trend is towards drier and clearer weather.
