Beed, Oct 17, 2025 — Ahead of the Maha Elgar Sabha organized by OBC leaders in Beed, Maharashtra, Minister Chhagan Bhujbal made a significant statement, alleging that certain individuals had infiltrated the event with the intention of causing disturbances. He specifically mentioned that some attendees had brought firecrackers and cautioned the gathering to remain vigilant and report any such activities to the police. Bhujbal emphasized the importance of maintaining peace and discipline during the event, urging attendees to heed the guidance of their leaders and to express their views succinctly.

The event in Beed saw the participation of several prominent OBC leaders, including MLAs Dhananjay Munde and Gopichand Padalkar, along with other notable figures like Prakash Shendge, Laxman Hake, and Navnath Waghmare.
