OnePlus Unveils Nord CE 6 Lite in India Featuring Massive 7,000mAh Battery and Dimensity 7400 Apex Chipset

OnePlus has officially expanded its mid-range lineup with the launch of the Nord CE 6 Lite, a performance-oriented smartphone boasting a segment-leading battery capacity and a high-refresh-rate 144Hz display.

In a significant update to its popular Nord series, OnePlus has officially launched the Nord CE 6 Lite in India, targeting young professionals and gaming enthusiasts. The latest offering marks a departure from its predecessors by prioritizing extreme battery longevity and a specialized chipset designed for high-frame-rate gaming. At the heart of the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Apex processor, which OnePlus claims delivers the highest FPS in its segment, supporting up to 144 FPS in various popular mobile titles.

The standout feature of the Nord CE 6 Lite is its massive 7,000mAh silicon-carbon battery. This represents a substantial leap in capacity for the “Lite” series, with the company promising up to two days of usage on a single charge. To complement this, the device supports 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging, allowing the large cell to be topped up rapidly. The front of the phone is dominated by a 6.7-inch display featuring a 144Hz refresh rate, ensuring fluid visuals during both navigation and intense gaming sessions.

On the software front, the Nord CE 6 Lite debuts with OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16. The new interface integrates a suite of AI-driven tools, including AI Eraser, AI Perfect Shot, and native Google Gemini support for enhanced productivity. For photography, the device is equipped with a 50MP primary rear camera capable of 4K video recording and 4K Motion Photos, alongside a 16MP front-facing sensor.

Positioned in the competitive sub-₹25,000 price bracket, the Nord CE 6 Lite is expected to disrupt the market when it goes on sale starting May 12 via Amazon and the official OnePlus store. With its focus on sustained performance and six years of promised system fluency, OnePlus is doubling down on its commitment to long-term reliability for budget-conscious consumers.
