A court in Patna has provided interim relief to noted educator Khan Sir by granting protection from arrest in connection with a case involving alleged gunfire outside his coaching institute. The development comes as authorities continue their investigation into the incident, with security personnel linked to the firing facing criminal charges.

The controversy began after unrest reportedly broke out near the coaching centre, leading to tension between groups gathered outside the premises. During the disturbance, armed security guards stationed at the institute allegedly discharged firearms, triggering concern among local residents and prompting swift action from law enforcement agencies.

Police subsequently launched an investigation and registered a case after videos of the incident circulated on social media. The footage allegedly showed security personnel firing shots during the confrontation.
