The victims, a 30-year-old woman from Amravati and a 55-year-old man from Akola, were discovered semi-nude, their bodies bearing the marks of a brutal attack involving a stone.
The Dehu Road Police, alerted by an emergency call around 3 am, rushed to the scene where the grim reality unfolded. The victims, who had been drinking earlier that night, were found in a pool of blood, their lives ended in a moment of shocking violence.
