The deceased has been identified as Shobha Vijay Waghmare, originally from Degloor in Nanded district and currently residing in Chakan. Her mutilated body was discovered on Monday, prompting immediate police intervention.

Upon reviewing CCTV footage from a nearby shop, authorities were stunned to find that a group of nearly six stray dogs had viciously attacked the woman, tearing at her body.
