Astrologers Forecast Mixed Show for Uddhav & Raj Thackeray in Mumbai Polls

As the 2025 BMC elections approach, astrologers suggest joint strength for Uddhav and Raj Thackeray but caution that obstacles remain.

Mumbai | November 3, 2025 – Astrological predictions ahead of the 2025 Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections suggest a mixed outcome for Uddhav Thackeray and Raj Thackeray. According to astrologer Siddheshwar Martkar, their recent coordination could prove beneficial, but planetary positions indicate that major victories may still be out of reach.

Martkar explained that Raj Thackeray’s horoscope, featuring Makar Lagna with Mars and Pluto in the tenth house, along with a Saturn-Rahu conjunction, suggests progress but not dominance. His party may perform well in certain wards but could fall short of securing full control over the civic body. For Uddhav Thackeray, Jupiter’s favourable transit is a positive sign, though Saturn’s presence in the eighth house limits significant advancement. Together, both leaders are expected to make a visible impact without sweeping the election.

The astrologer highlighted that unity between the two Thackeray cousins strengthens their traditional Marathi voter base. If the Shiv Sena (UBT) and Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) maintain their cooperation, they could gain in several constituencies. However, the forecast also warns that expanding their influence beyond core Marathi voters will be a major challenge.

Martkar emphasized that while astrological signs point to limited gains, the alliance itself marks a symbolic and strategic comeback for both leaders. The coming months will reveal whether celestial alignments and political coordination can translate into tangible results in Mumbai’s most-watched local election.
