Ramesh Pardeshi, popularly known as ‘Piṭya Bhai’ from Mulshi Pattern, has formally joined the BJP after resigning from the MNS, with welcoming ceremonies attended by senior party leaders.

Pune | November 19, 2025: In a significant development in local politics, Ramesh Pardeshi, popularly known as ‘Piṭya Bhai’ from the Mulshi Pattern area, has resigned from the Maharashtra Navnirman Shakti (MNS) and officially joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). The joining ceremony took place in the presence of senior leaders including Central Minister Muralidhar Mohol and former MLA Chandrakant “Dada” Patil.

Pardeshi, whose public image was shaped by his involvement in the Mulshi Pattern locality, announced his departure from the MNS and said he was looking forward to working under the BJP banner. He described his move as a step toward greater political impact and community service. Party sources say his induction strengthens the BJP’s presence in the Mulshi region and signals shifting alignments ahead of upcoming electoral activity.

The ceremony included local activists, supporters and BJP ground-level workers who welcomed Pardeshi with garlands.
