CREDAI Pune Announces Pune Property Expo 2026, Bringing 400+ RERA-Registered Projects Under One Roof

CREDAI Pune has announced the Pune Property Expo 2026, featuring over 85 developers and 400+ RERA-registered projects, offering buyers and investors a comprehensive real estate platform.

January 14, 2026 | Pune – CREDAI Pune officially announced the 24th edition of its flagship annual real estate exhibition, the Pune Property Expo 2026, scheduled to be held from January 16 to January 18, 2026, at the Agriculture College Ground in Pune. Touted as Pune’s largest and most comprehensive real estate platform, the expo is set to bring together homebuyers, investors, developers, and channel partners under one roof.

The Pune Property Expo 2026 is expected to be the biggest CREDAI Pune exhibition to date. More than 85 trusted developers will participate, showcasing over 400 RERA-registered projects across prime locations in Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad (PCMC), and the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) areas. The exhibition aims to offer a one-stop destination for buyers and investors exploring a wide range of real estate options, from affordable and mid-segment housing to luxury residences, premium villas, NA plots, co-living spaces, senior living projects, and Grade A commercial properties.

Themed “Poona to Pane,” the expo highlights Pune’s journey of transformation from a historic cultural city to a modern, globally connected urban hub. The theme reflects the city’s evolving skyline and emphasis on sustainable, future-ready development. Visitors can also expect engaging on-ground activities, including a symbolic human chain initiative designed to underline collective growth and unity within the real estate ecosystem.

The Pune Property Expo 2026 will be inaugurated on January 16, 2026, at 10:30 AM by Dr. Abhay Firodia, Chairman of Force Motors Limited. Dr. Anand Deshpande, Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Persistent Systems, will attend the inauguration as the Guest of Honour. The event is designed to enhance the visitor experience through special on-the-spot deals, home loan assistance from leading financial institutions, lucky draws, and attractive gifts for attendees.

Ahead of the main exhibition, a large-scale developer and channel partner conclave will be held on January 15, 2026. This networking event is expected to bring together around 1,000 channel partners and developers, making it one of the largest such gatherings in the country. The conclave will feature knowledge-sharing sessions by top social media influencers on customer trends, artificial intelligence-driven sales strategies, and market insights from senior developers, offering valuable learning opportunities for industry professionals.
