Following the crucial win, RCB all-rounder Krunal Pandya showered praise on veteran pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar, calling him “one of the best bowlers India has ever produced.”

The high-pressure encounter saw Mumbai Indians post a competitive total of 166 runs, but RCB successfully chased the target with only one ball remaining. Krunal Pandya emerged as the standout performer with a match-winning knock of 73 runs off 46 deliveries despite battling severe cramps during the innings. His composed effort helped stabilize the chase after RCB suffered early setbacks.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar also played a decisive role in the victory. The experienced fast bowler delivered an impactful spell with the ball, dismissing key Mumbai batters in the powerplay and maintaining pressure throughout the innings. He later contributed with the bat in the tense final over, helping RCB cross the finish line in dramatic fashion.

Speaking after the match, Krunal highlighted Bhuvneshwar’s calmness and experience under pressure, crediting him for guiding the team during crucial moments. The all-rounder also expressed confidence in senior batter Virat Kohli despite the former captain enduring a difficult phase with two consecutive ducks. Krunal stated that the team fully backs Kohli and expects him to bounce back strongly in the coming matches.
