Pune | May 14, 2026 : Real estate developer Majestique Landmarks successfully completed its three-day summer relief campaign titled “Beat The Heat” under its CSR initiative ‘Badlaav’, offering refreshments and support to thousands of people working and travelling outdoors amid Pune’s intense summer heat.

The initiative was conducted across several high-footfall areas in the city and focused on providing relief to traffic police personnel, delivery executives, PMPML staff, senior citizens, daily commuters and outdoor workers exposed to rising temperatures during peak summer conditions.

Supported by volunteers from Majestique Landmarks, the campaign distributed more than 30,000 bottles of lemonade and kokum juice at various locations across Pune. Citizens and frontline workers responded positively to the initiative, with many appreciating the effort both on social media and through direct interactions during the campaign.

Company representatives stated that the objective of the drive was to create small but meaningful moments of comfort for people working tirelessly outdoors despite the harsh weather conditions. The initiative also aimed to spread awareness about hydration and heat safety during the ongoing summer season. Over the three-day campaign, volunteers engaged with thousands of citizens across Pune, creating moments of encouragement and community participation. Traffic police personnel and delivery workers, who spend long hours on roads during high temperatures, were among the primary beneficiaries of the initiative.

Majestique Landmarks said that through its ‘Badlaav’ CSR platform, the organisation intends to continue launching people-centric initiatives focused on social welfare, community support and meaningful civic engagement beyond its core real estate business.

The campaign comes at a time when Pune and several parts of Maharashtra have been witnessing rising temperatures, prompting health experts to advise citizens to remain hydrated and avoid prolonged outdoor exposure during afternoon hours. The initiative received appreciation from commuters and residents, with many calling it a timely and thoughtful effort to support essential workers and the wider community during the summer season.
