April 14, 2026 | Pune: Originally hailing from Pimpalgaon Joga in Junnar taluka, Dhotre comes from a modest farming family that later moved to Rajgurunagar in search of better livelihood opportunities. Despite financial challenges, he completed his entire education locally, laying a strong academic foundation. Dhotre’s journey is particularly remarkable as he prepared for one of the state’s toughest competitive examinations without enrolling in coaching classes in Pune, a hub for MPSC aspirants. Instead, he relied on self-study and guidance from his mentors, especially his law college professor, who played a key role in shaping his preparation strategy.

After completing his law degree, he began practicing under a senior advocate in Khed, where he gained practical exposure across various fields including criminal, civil, family, and revenue law. This hands-on experience proved crucial during the interview stage of the judicial examination, helping him stand out among candidates. Coming from a humble background, his family’s support played a vital role in his success. His mother worked in domestic jobs, while his father is employed in a private hospital. His sister has recently been selected as a government teacher, and his brother is preparing for banking examinations, making the achievement a proud moment for the entire family.
