Regional Passport Office, Pune to Hold Open House for Passport Applicants on July 8

The Regional Passport Office, Pune will conduct an Open House on July 8, allowing passport applicants to meet senior officials, resolve application-related grievances, and seek assistance with pending passport issues.

The Regional Passport Office (RPO), Pune has announced an Open House for passport applicants on Wednesday, 08 July 2026, to provide a dedicated platform for resolving passport-related grievances and addressing queries regarding pending applications.

The Open House will be held from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Regional Passport Office, Passport Bhawan, Survey No. 5/2/2, Baner-Pashan Link Road, Baner, Pune.

During the session, passport applicants will have the opportunity to interact directly with senior officials of the Regional Passport Office regarding issues related to their passport applications, document verification, objections, delays, or other grievances.

Officials have advised applicants planning to attend the Open House to carry the objection letter, if applicable, along with all relevant supporting documents to facilitate quicker and more effective resolution of their concerns.

Applicants have also been requested to report at the Regional Passport Office by 12:00 pm for the registration process before the commencement of the grievance redressal session.

The initiative aims to provide a streamlined mechanism for addressing applicants’ concerns through direct interaction with senior passport authorities, helping resolve pending issues efficiently and improving overall public service delivery.
