The BJP held a workers’ meet in Pimpri-Chinchwad, where State President Ravindra Chavan outlined plans for the upcoming civic polls and announced new committees, stressing a development-focused agenda inspired by national leadership.

Pimpri-Chinchwad| November 22, 2025: At a workers’ gathering organised by the Bharatiya Janata Party in Pimpri-Chinchwad, State President Ravindra Chavan addressed party members and outlined the roadmap for the upcoming municipal elections. The event was held at the Prof. Ramkrishna More Auditorium in Chinchwad and was coordinated by City President Shatrughna Kate.

State Secretary Rajesh Pande, MLAs Shankar Jagtap, Uma Khapre, Amit Gorkhe, former MP Amar Sable, former MLA Ashwini Jagtap and several senior office-bearers attended the programme. During the event, the party announced 14 Mandal committees along with the district committees of the Yuva Morcha, Mahila Morcha and OBC Morcha.

In his address, Chavan said the party aims to place a strong development-focused agenda before voters in the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation elections, inspired by the vision of “Developed Maharashtra, Developed India” led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. Party workers reaffirmed their goal of “Abki Baar 100 Paar” for the upcoming polls.

The event concluded with local leaders and workers extending their gratitude to the state leadership.
