Yeola | February 09, 2026: Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis underlined the importance of inclusive nation-building, social harmony and the empowerment of differently-abled citizens during the Anulom Sangam 2026 event held in Yeola taluka’s Vadgaon Balhe region of Nashik district. Addressing a gathering of community leaders, volunteers, and residents, the Chief Minister called for collective efforts that strengthen societal bonds and uplift marginalised sections through skill development and cultural integration.

The Anulom Sangam programme, aimed at fostering unity and highlighting the potential of local artisans and youth, offered a unique platform for dialogue between government representatives and grassroots stakeholders. Fadnavis participated in a traditional Paithani weaving demonstration, immersing himself in one of Maharashtra’s rich cultural crafts and acknowledging the work of weavers and community members who have preserved this heritage art form. He commended the organisers for blending cultural pride with community empowerment, emphasising that such initiatives reflect the state’s commitment to holistic progress.

In his address, the Chief Minister highlighted that meaningful progress for the state and the nation requires inclusive policies that embrace people from all backgrounds, including those with disabilities.
