Pune | March 11, 2026: Allegations of a major examination paper leak have surfaced after two mathematics question papers reportedly circulated among students on social media days before the scheduled exams. The incident has triggered outrage among students, parents, and education stakeholders who are demanding strict action and an investigation into the breach.According to preliminary information, the first paper — scheduled for the exam on March 6 — was allegedly leaked on the night of March 5. Screenshots of the question paper reportedly began circulating on messaging platforms and student groups, raising suspicions about the integrity of the examination process even before the exam began.

In a second instance, the mathematics paper for the Part-2 examination scheduled on March 9 was also reportedly leaked three days earlier, on March 6. The early circulation of the paper has intensified concerns among students who appeared for the exam honestly and now fear that the leak may affect evaluation and overall fairness.Students and parents have expressed frustration, claiming such incidents undermine months of preparation and create an uneven playing field. Many have urged authorities to conduct a detailed probe into how confidential examination papers were accessed and distributed before the scheduled time.

Education authorities are expected to examine digital evidence, including screenshots and message trails, to determine the source of the leak. Officials may also consider cancelling the examination or ordering a re-test if the authenticity of the leaked papers is confirmed. The incident has once again highlighted the urgent need for stronger examination security systems and stricter monitoring to prevent similar breaches in the future
