India as Vishwaguru after Ram Temple remains the focus as RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat links faith, unity, and determination to India’s rising global role amid ongoing world conflicts.

Nagpur, 25 April | 2026: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat said that the construction of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, once considered unlikely, has now become a reality, reinforcing the belief that India is destined to emerge as a “Vishwaguru” or global guide.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony of the country’s first Bharat Durga temple in Jamtha, Nagpur, Bhagwat emphasized that strong conviction and collective effort can achieve even the most difficult goals. He added that in the backdrop of ongoing global conflicts, India’s rise as a guiding force for the world is becoming increasingly necessary.

The event was organized by the Dr. Abaji Thatte Seva and Research Institute near the National Cancer Institute campus on Wardha Road. Several prominent leaders and spiritual figures attended the ceremony, including Devendra Fadnavis, Nitin Gadkari, and Chandrashekhar Bawankule.

Religious leaders such as Swami Avdheshanand Giri, Sadhvi Ritambhara, and Govind Dev Giri were also present at the event.

Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis expressed confidence that the Bharat Durga temple, featuring an 18-armed marble idol symbolizing Bharat Mata, will serve as a center of spiritual inspiration as well as a symbol of strength in the heart of the country.
