Tata Sons has ordered a high-level internal investigation into a serious incident linked to its Nashik operations, following concerns raised within the organisation.

The directive for a detailed inquiry has been issued by Chairman Natarajan Chandrasekaran, who has emphasized that the matter will be treated with the highest priority. The company has assured that strict action will be taken against all individuals found responsible after a fair and transparent investigation process.

The probe will be led by senior executive Aarthi Subramanian, who has been tasked with identifying those involved and assessing the circumstances that led to the incident. Officials stated that the investigation will focus on ensuring accountability while maintaining due process and fairness for all parties involved. As part of the immediate response, the organisation has already taken action against certain employees pending inquiry outcomes. The company has also confirmed full cooperation with relevant authorities as the investigation progresses.
